Student Welfare & Support: Serving as a primary point of contact for students throughout the day—managing everything from medical room visits and first aid coordination to signing students in and out for appointments. Administrative Precision: Supporting the school's operational efficiency by maintaining student records on SIMS, Arbor, or Bromcom, and assisting with the production of school newsletters and bulletins. Safeguarding & Security: Strictly adhering to "Keeping Children Safe in Education" (KCSIE) protocols by verifying visitor identification, issuing badges, and monitoring site access points. Logistical Coordination: Managing the school's incoming and outgoing post, coordinating room bookings, and supporting the organisation of high-profile events like Open Evenings and Parent Consultations.
