* Position: Senior IT Project Manager
* Location: Sunderland (Hybrid working available)
* Salary: £60,000 per annum
* Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 36 hours per week, with an early finish at 12:30 pm on Fridays!

You'll have the chance to shape and transform services for customers and colleagues through innovative IT solutions and process redesign.Key Responsibilities:
* Lead multiple complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
* mobilise projects in line with the Group's project management framework.
* Manage ongoing programme governance, including planning, risk management, and change control.
* Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure successful integration and delivery of programme outcomes.
* Support the PMO team in developing and disseminating project policies and standards.
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience managing large-scale programmes across diverse industries.
* Expertise in overseeing complex projects with multiple work-streams.
* Strong relationship management skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
* A track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards.
* Knowledge of project management methodologies and people change management practises.
Desirable Qualifications:
* Familiarity with the housing sector and experience with systems like Salesforce or MRI would be a plus!
* Prince 2 or any relevant qualfication in Project Management - there is flexibility with the requirements
