As an Events Project Coordinator, your role is crucial in ensuring the seamless execution of a diverse range of events, from conception to completion. You will primarily focus on intricate logistical coordination, efficient event management, and strategic transportation planning. Collaborating closely with the Production team, your efforts will contribute significantly to the flawless delivery of events, spanning from intimate expos to expansive exhibitions. Additionally, your commitment to nurturing client relationships will play a pivotal part in fostering repeat business opportunities.
In this role, you will work together with the events team to meticulously organise and manage events of varying sizes, ensuring every detail aligns with the overarching vision and objectives. Your responsibilities encompass executing end-to-end event management tasks, such as scheduling, coordinating vendors, allocating resources and overseeing on-site operations to ensure events unfold seamlessly.
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Location: Bromley, Greater London (office-based / hybrid - 1 or 2 days in office per week)

This role may require occasional international travel, therefore candidates must be able to obtain and maintain valid travel documentation where required.
