The Role
The CFO will lead financial strategy, reporting, and capital allocation while building scalable financial infrastructure for long-term growth.
* Own financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and board-level financial visibility.
* Design capital allocation frameworks and support strategic investment decisions.
* Build and lead a global finance organisation covering FP&A, accounting, investor relations, and corporate development.
Desired Skills and Experience
We are looking for a capital allocator and operator with strong strategic and operational finance experience.
* Senior finance leadership experience within AdTech, Marketplace, Gaming or Performance Advertising.
* Proven ability to build financial infrastructure, governance, and scalable reporting processes.
