Responsibilities
* Maintain and grow relationships between Deliveroo and top restaurant partners through strong communication both face-to-face and remotely.
* Drive restaurant performance through data analysis and industry knowledge to maximise order volume and growth potential through Deliveroo.
* Negotiate contracts and terms of partnership.
* Liaise with our restaurant and rider operations teams to improve operational efficiencies.
* Work with marketing teams to accelerate restaurant order growth.
* Innovate and present new ideas to increase Deliveroo growth and efficiencies.
* Act as a local expert for the region, being the face of Deliveroo to the restaurant industry.
Requirements
* 2+ years experience in account or relationship management (or similar).
* Effective relationship-building and communication skills, both face‑to‑face and via phone or email.
* Strong commercial acumen and ability to understand and use data.
* Results‑oriented, with a track record of achieving targets and successful negotiations.
* Experience in a dynamic high‑growth company is preferable.
* Self‑starter, hard worker and well‑organised.
* Ability to work autonomously while meeting restaurant partners on the road.
* Valid driving licence and willingness to travel across Bracknell, Wokingham, Camberley, Epsom, Leatherhead, Crawley and Horsham.
* Additional language abilities in Arabic, Spanish, Portuguese, Swahili, Mandarin, Cantonese, Urdu, Korean, Vietnamese, Thai, Japanese or Bahasa/Malay are valued.
