1. BTEC/NVQ level 3 in Pharmaceutical sciences
2. Registered with the GPHC
3. Accredited medicines management/optimisation course
4. Accredited Checking Technician
5. Evidence of CPD
Desirable criteria
6. Completion of recognised management course
7. Practice supervisor/Education supervisor/NVQ Assessor
8. BTEC level 4
Knowledge and experience
Essential criteria
9. Hospital pharmacy experience
10. Knowledge of medicines management initiatives
11. Experience of line management/leading teams
12. Experience of audits
Desirable criteria
13. Knowledge of CMM/Cerner/Omnicell
14. Change management experience
15. Experience of working in satellite pharmacies
