Your new role
As Head of Customer Experience and Service you will oversee all aspects of customer interactions across online, telephone, showroom, and installation, ensuring consistency, efficiency and excellence. This is a leadership position with operational control over Pre-sales and aftersales support, Showroom Appointments, Training and Experience, Showroom Sales, and Installations.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be proven in your ability to design and deliver an exceptional customer experience in a multi-function environment, and have data driven business process skills that enable performance to be understood and optimised. Working with the COO and leadership team, you will bring a clear focus on the customer experience at all touchpoints. You will ideally have experience within high growth businesses, designing operational processes that can be scaled to enable rapid growth, leading mutli-functional teams (30+ staff) with passion, positivity, and drive.
