Overview
UI/UX Designer – Certain Advantage are recruiting for a UI/UX Designer to work with a prestigious enterprise client in London on a contract basis initially until the end of the year. As a UI/UX Designer you’ll develop mock-ups, wireframes, and a clickable interactive prototype. Working closely with senior business stakeholders and a Business Analyst to gather requirements, you’ll help develop a clear vision, develop user stories, and understand ways to improve business processes. You will also work on upscaling the application, focusing on Persona Based Dashboards that will have a close tie into the prototype product.
Responsibilities
* Conduct user research and analyze user behaviour to inform design decisions.
* Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
* Design user interfaces that are visually appealing, consistent, and aligned with brand guidelines.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user requirements and translate them into design solutions.
* Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback and analytics.
* Maintain and evolve design systems and style guides.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX design.
Candidate Requirements
* Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
* Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
* Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design.
* Experience with prototyping tools and usability testing.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Portfolio showcasing relevant design projects and process.
* Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
* Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
* Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design.
