Key Responsibilities:
* Support classroom teaching across a range of subjects and year groups
* Provide one-to-one or small group support to pupils who need extra help
* Assist with creative learning activities and classroom displays
* Help manage classroom behaviour and encourage positive learning habits
* Build supportive relationships with teachers, pupils, and families
* Take part in regular training and receive ongoing support throughout the school year
