OHA is a well-established architectural practice based in Hereford, working across a diverse range of sectors including sports, education, commercial, and residential projects. Many of our commissions come from long-standing clients, reflecting the quality and consistency of our service.
About the Role
We are seeking a proactive Office Administrator to join our friendly team and support the smooth running of our practice. This is a varied role that requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks confidently.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. As our systems continue to evolve, we are also looking for someone comfortable working with a range of software tools, including AI-based platforms. Prior experience in office administration is desirable, particularly within a professional services environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Answering telephone enquiries and welcoming clients to the office
* Managing software systems and AI tools to support workflow
* Issuing invoices and managing accounting software
* General office administration and support to the wider team
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate their right to work in the UK.
Salary & Benefits
This role is on a part-time basis
Salary: £13,500 – £16,900 per annum (pro rata to part-time hours), depending on experience
Holiday entitlement: 25 days per year plus Bank Holidays (pro-rata to part-time hours)\
