Business Partner (Network Health) Manager, Germany - Fixed Term Contract, EU DSP

We are seeking a Program Manager to join the Last Mile Network Health team. This individual will work closely with regional operations stakeholders, account managers, internal teams, and customers to manage the lifecycle of Delivery Service Partners. As this team is relatively new, this role offers a great opportunity to influence the DSP program and drive process improvements.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of end-to-end ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and dynamic environment.

Key Job Responsibilities
1. Manage multiple tasks and projects, ensuring timelines are met, while effectively influencing, negotiating, and communicating with internal partners and senior leadership.
2. Support the creation of SOPs and drive process improvements.
3. Transition comfortably between strategic thinking and tactical, day-to-day planning and execution.
4. Collaborate with stakeholders, including Coaching and Compliance teams, to foster a culture of DSP growth and development.
5. Ensure critical path timelines are met, resource needs are understood, and project prioritization is visible to senior leadership.
6. Coordinate and align cross-functional teams.
About the Team
The Network Health team is part of the wider EU DSP organization. Our role is to assess the health of our business partners (the network) and improve collaboration with DSPs while enhancing performance and compliance.
Basic Qualifications
* Fluent in English and German, both spoken and written
* Experience managing projects and stakeholders
* Experience working across various organizations and management levels
* Experience operating in ambiguous environments
* Experience in process improvement and using Excel
* Proficiency in at least one additional language among Spanish, French, German, or Italian
* Bachelor’s degree
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to collaborate across teams and interpret key performance metrics into actionable insights
Preferred Qualifications
* Master’s degree or MBA
* Additional language skills in Dutch, French, Arabic, Italian, or Spanish
* Experience in account management or negotiations
* Strong project management skills
* Experience in operations, sales, business development, or logistics
* Background in transportation or strategy consulting
