Job Description
Full-time – core working hours are 8-5; however, flexibility is required as work may involve evening, nights, and weekend shifts as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct comprehensive Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) in commercial and industrial environments.
2. Inspect and test electrical systems, including wiring, circuits, switchgear, and control equipment.
3. Identify and document defects, non-compliances, and potential safety hazards.
4. Provide clear reports with recommendations for remedial actions.
5. Ensure inspections comply with standards such as BS 7671 and IET Wiring Regulations.
6. Maintain knowledge of industry standards, legislation, and best practices.
7. Communicate findings effectively with clients, providing technical advice.
8. Maintain and calibrate inspection tools and equipment.
9. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
10. Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
Key Requirements:
* At least 3 years of experience in electrical inspection or related field.
* City & Guilds 2391-52 (or equivalent) qualification in Inspection and Testing.
* NVQ Level 3.
* 18th Edition wiring regulations.
* Deep knowledge of BS 7671, IET Wiring Regulations, and relevant standards.
* Strong understanding of electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Proficiency with electrical testing equipment and reporting software.
* Attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
* Valid UK driving license.
