In this role, you'll be responsible for preparing and delivering high-quality breakfast dishes that exceed guest expectations. You'll take pride in presentation, timing, and flavour - ensuring every plate sets the tone for the day. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A COMMIS CHEF AT OUR HOTEL What you'll be doing Prepare and cook breakfast items to a consistently high standard Set up and manage the breakfast station Ensure all food is prepared to health and safety standards Assist with stock control and ordering as required Maintain a clean and organised kitchen Work independently or as part of a small early morning team Support other sections when required WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU Previous experience as a Breakfast Chef or in a similar role (Commis or Chef de Partie level) Comfortable working early shifts Strong attention to detail and time management Passionate about quality food and presentation Able to work well under pressure Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards (Level 2 or higher preferred) EQUAL OPPORTUNITIES RBH Hospitality Management is an equal opportunity employer.
