We are recruiting a Warehouse Administrator to join our established client in the South of Grantham on a Temporary basis, starting mid-September 2025 until approximately March 2026. Our client has a hard-working team of friendly staff and are looking for Administration support in the Warehouse setting to assist them during the busiest period. You'll be carrying out Administration duties for around 70% of your working time and the other 30% would be carrying out Warehouse / Order Picking duties. Day-to-day you'll be: - Maintaining stock levels and managing inventory changes using Excel and manual ticklists, carrying out stock takes as required - Booking in deliveries and orders, checking invoices and delivery notes - Handling email inbox, responding to customer queries and monitoring the shared inboxes - (During your Warehouse support time), collecting small items from the Warehouse and compiling customer orders from printed job sheets or handheld scanners, loading orders onto pallets and using a pallet truck to transfer onto the shipment containers. - Working as a team to ensure the Warehouse area is clean and safe You'll be right for this role if you: - Have strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel in particular, Word, Outlook etc.) - Have a high level of attention to detail and can prioritise your busy workload - Have excellent communication skills when dealing with colleagues and customers - Are reliable - reliability and a hard-working nature are important Please note you must have a Driving Licence and own transport for this role - there are no public transport options available to reach this workplace. Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8:00am-5:00pm (42.5hrs per week) Rate of pay will be £12.21-£12.71 per hour depending on experience.
