This is fully home-based role and our client's ideal candidate will have good understanding of the cruise sector, have previous experience of working in a similar customer focused role and ability to work well in a fast paced environment.
In return our client can offer a competitive salary, hours of Monday – Friday 9 - 5.30pm with just 2 Saturdays per month and excellent benefits including private medical insurance and concessions towards your own cruise holidays.

Role of Luxury Cruise Customer Service & Admin Executive:
* Answering calls from customers with existing cruise bookings
* Dealing with amendments, cancellations, and payments
* Delivering high levels of customer service at all times
* Office administration
* Inbox management
* Quality control
Skills required for the role:
* Previous experience in customer service role - essential
* Strong knowledge of the cruise sector - essential
* Experience with luxury products and high spend customers
* Confident and pro-active telephone manner
* Good eye for detail and accuracy
