We're looking for a proactive and organised Technical Project Administrator to join our team and support the delivery of major projects. You'll be a key part of the project environment, helping everything run smoothly behind the scenes — from onboarding and travel arrangements to procurement and team coordination.

The Technical Administrator will play a crucial role providing administrative support to project managers, teams and stakeholders.
What you will do...
* Support project team by handling administrative takes and ensuring effective communication to stakeholders.
* Raise/maintain Purchase Requisition requests in Ariba
* Check progress of raised Purchase Requisition requests and send chaser emails where required
* Raise IT Tickets to change requestor for Purchase Requisitions
* Point of contact for the team for changes required to Purchase Requisition i.e. Uplifts / Cost Centre etc.
* Process segregation requests
* Coordinate site visits and associated training as required.
* Manage PPE provisions and ensure PPE requirements are kept up-to-date
* Support travel, accommodation, passports, permits, and other project travel-related arrangements
* Support NEP/NZT onboarding process, ensure it is kept up-to-date and make improvements as required.
* Onboarding, setup bp accounts, virtual desktops, office pass etc.
* Support with office planning, seating etc.
* Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, prepare minutes etc.
* Additional administrative/project clerical activities as appropriate.

Requirements:
* The role will be required to drive between sites and therefore UK driving licence and personal vehicle is a minimum requirement of the role
* Role does not offer home working and will need to be in the project office Mon-Fri.

Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
