Job Description
We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team in London, United Kingdom. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers while helping to drive sales and maintain the store's appearance.
* Greet and assist customers in a warm, welcoming manner
* Provide expert product knowledge and recommendations to customers
* Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our Point of Sale (POS) system
* Maintain a tidy and well-organised sales floor, including restocking and merchandising displays
* Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction
* Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with empathy and professionalism
* Assist with inventory management and stock control
* Participate in promotional activities and special events
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanour
* Basic maths skills and ability to handle cash transactions accurately
* Keen eye for detail and visual merchandising
* Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
* Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10 kg when necessary
* Previous retail experience preferred, but not essential for the right candidate
* Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management practices is advantageous
* Passion for our products and ability to effectively communicate their features and benefits
