Hybrid Role
Our client partner some of the UK’s most prestigious hospitality brands, the right Cad Technician will be detail-oriented with a passion for technical design while looking to grow your career in Building Services (M&E / MEP) within a company that values your development, supporting the Technical Design Manager in producing accurate Revit drawings and layouts for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (M&E /MEP) and building services including HVAC, gas, electrical, water, and waste systems for high-end commercial restaurants and bars.
Key Responsibilities:
* Produce accurate Revit drawings
* Assist in coordinating M&E and building services (ventilation, gas, electrical, water, waste)
* Attend site meetings and carry out surveys under supervision
* Ensure compliance with technical standards and regulations
* Collaborate with the Technical Design Manager & wider Design Team to meet client specifications
The Right Person:
* Technically minded with good spatial awareness and attention to detail
* Building Services design principles
* A good communicator
* Comfortable working with digital design tools
* Practical experience with Revit in a commercial/business environment is essential
