As Maintenance Lead, you’ll be a key part of the three-person Line Structure Management Team. You will take ownership of reducing maintenance-related and breakdown losses while applying a strong technical understanding of engineering systems and technology.
Operating within our Integrated Work System (IWS), you’ll play a vital role in embedding best practices that enhance reliability, reduce costs, and drive productivity across the line.

What will you be doing?
* Lead and own the Progressive Maintenance (PM) system to ensure reliable and efficient equipment operation
* Tackle complex maintenance challenges by driving continuous improvement and resolving recurring issues
* Work closely with operating teams and equipment owners to deliver outstanding line performance
* Make a real impact by embedding maintenance excellence to support performance, reduce downtime, and improve efficiency
* Grow your skills by coaching others and developing team capability in a supportive environment

* A solid foundation in engineering or electrical disciplines, supported by a Level 3 qualification such as NVQ or City & Guilds
* Engineering expertise and problem-solving skills to support team performance and practical solutions
* Experience with Continuous Improvement and Lean tools, or transferable skills from similar environments
* Manufacturing experience, especially in food production, or relevant skills from other industries
