* Liaise with Operations to ensure all builds, installations, and breakdowns are delivered on time and to specification
* Maintain accurate project information within internal CRM and management systems
* Attend exhibition sites to oversee delivery, support installations, and hand over completed projects to clients
* Monitor project profitability and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and cost management
* Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish, ensuring clients feel supported throughout every stage of the project
You’ll have:
* Strong organisational and time‑management skills
* Experience using project or workflow management tools such as Monday.com
* Previous experience managing client relationships and expectations
* The ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt quickly to changing demands
