We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused IT Technician to join our IT Services team, supporting Sandwell, St Michael’s and Cadbury Colleges. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a fast-paced educational environment that supports a thriving community of around 15,000 active users across multiple campuses. You will play a key role in providing first- and second-line technical support, ensuring staff and students have reliable access to the systems, devices and applications they need to teach, learn and work effectively. Based initially at our Spon Lane campus in West Bromwich, the role may also involve working across other college sites on either a temporary or permanent basis.
