Job location: Arundel BN18 area
Pay rate: £13.00 per hour, weekly pay every Friday
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm
Smart Solutions are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join our successful client based in the Arundel BN18 area area. Our client is a leader in national business waste management services.

The ideal Administrator will need to feel confident working towards deadlines, and as part of a team. The role is responsible for supporting the day-to-day administrative activity in a transport office environment, keeping driver paperwork up to date, updating planning systems and ensuring required information is communicated to both drivers and customer.
Administrator - Duties & Responsibilities
Manage the day to day workload of the administration unit
Provide administrative support, to management and finance teams
Controlling planning systems, processes, and reporting to the contracts team
Administration of the weighbridge and other databases and manning the telephone enquiries on behalf of the contract
Monitor the complaints and enquiries process
Providing PPE to the Operational team and monitor stock levels & usage
Providing general support booking travel, lunches
Data analysis and collating of information to assist managers in reporting of KPI's and contract information for the client
Ensuring that all visitors, calls and emails are answered and responded to
To collate, complete and maintain payroll information
Maintain and update databases and records
Communicate required information to both drivers and customers
Ability to work in a pressurized environment with attention to detail
Administrator - Person Specification
Minimum GCSE or equivalent in Maths & English (Grade A-C)
NVQ Business Admin Level 2-3
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages (particularly Excel; Word; PowerPoint; Outlook)
Able to tolerate a significant amount of routine work
Attention to Detail
Team Player
Ability to plan future requirements and keen to learn
Proficiency in office management software (e.g., MS Office packages)
Excellent organisational, communication, and time-management skills
Ability to adapt quickly to a fast paced, dynamic work environment
Work towards deadlines and collaborate effectively within a team
