The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity to join a major UK infrastructure project, supporting the successful delivery of a defined construction area within a large, regulated environment. You will play a key role in coordinating site activity, ensuring safety and quality standards are upheld, and supporting contractor performance on a high-profile scheme.

Construction Manager, Construction Delivery Manager, Site Manager, Section Manager, Works Manager, Project Site Manager, Senior Site Coordinator, Package Manager, Build Manager, or Construction Superintendent.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Support and challenge delivery partners to enable safe, efficient progress of construction activities within your assigned area.
* Oversee day-to-day site operations, identifying risks to safety, quality or programme and implementing proportionate mitigation measures.
* Monitor site progress, contributing accurate updates and reports, and escalating issues clearly to senior construction leadership when required.
* Coordinate closely with health and safety, logistics, planning and commercial teams to ensure construction activities are aligned and well communicated.
* Attend planning and coordination meetings, carry out site inspections, and reinforce key safety and performance messages across contractor teams.
Qualifications and Experience
* Strong experience managing construction sequencing, recovery planning, and resource coordination on complex builds.
* Sound understanding of CDM Regulations and a safety?led approach to site management.
* Proven background delivering construction works within large projects or programmes.
* Ability to produce clear, concise reports and communicate confidently with multiple stakeholders.
* A relevant qualification in construction management or engineering, or equivalent industry experience, supported by SMSTS or IOSH certification.
