About the Role The Studio Manager will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of both studio locations. This is a three-day-a-week role that supports the daily operations of the practice, while also contributing to strategic initiatives and continuous improvement Responsibilities include: Overseeing operations and coordination between London and Bristol studios Managing HR records, staff training, and compliance (including ISO standards and Living Wage accreditation) Leading PQQ accreditations such as Constructionline, SMAS, and Achilles Supporting B Corp accreditation processes and internal working groups Organizing studio events, team meetings, and social activities Providing occasional bid support and visa administration (desirable) Regular travel between both studio locations is required About you The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and confident in supporting both people and processes. A background in studio, office, or project management is desirable, along with strong communication and administrative skills. Key requirements: Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities High standard of written English Proficiency in Microsoft Office (InDesign or Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus) Flexible and adaptable approach to working across different teams and priorities Interest in creative industries, sustainability, or purpose-driven business is advantageous
