* London: £36,469 to £54,704 per annum
* National: £33,593 to £50,389 per annum
* Hours: 36 hours per week - flexible options considered
* Contract Type: Permanent
About the Role
We're seeking a candidate with working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Journeys (Real Time) to support our Dynamics 365 Sales and Marketing systems.
Your responsibilities will include logging, triaging, and resolving support tickets, keeping customers informed, and ensuring systems are up-to-date with supplier releases.
You will engage with customers, promote new features, monitor the Dynamics Sales and Marketing estate, and manage changes safely following our processes.
Using your knowledge of Business Process Flows within Dynamics, you will help design and implement new solutions under guidance from technical leads and architects.
If you can troubleshoot and resolve support calls, act as the 3rd line of support, train end users, and produce training materials, we want to hear from you!
