We are currently looking for a Parts Delivery & Trade Support Driver to join the team at Snows Toyota & Lexus Bournemouth,a rewarding opportunity in a supportive and customer-focused working environment.
Your Day
As a Parts Delivery & Trade Support Driver, you will play a key role in the efficient operation of our parts trade and delivery service. You’ll be responsible for collecting and delivering parts to customers and between sites, particularly ensuring timely deliveries to our Lexus West Quay Road location, while maintaining high standards of safety, accuracy, and professionalism.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Planning and coordinating daily deliveries in the most time- and cost-effective manner, with a strong focus on prompt service to Lexus West Quay Road and other trade customers.
Safely loading the delivery van to ensure a secure and stable load for each journey; re-adjusting stock as needed to prevent damage and maintain safety throughout.
Accurately checking all items against delivery notes/invoices and reporting any shortages or damage to the Parts Sales team promptly.
Collecting signatures upon delivery and handling any required payments securely and professionally.
Promoting the Snows Group and its wide range of services, including Sales, Aftersales, and our extensive franchise network.
Acting as a professional ambassador for Snows through responsible driving, manoeuvring, and parking — always within legal and company standards.
Maintaining a clean, presentable vehicle and upholding our corporate clothing and appearance standards.
Ensuring the vehicle remains in good mechanical condition, reporting any issues in line with company procedures.
Providing flexible support across the Parts Department as required — including issuing parts, liaising with customers, answering calls, stock control, and related tasks.
Actively supporting the continued growth of our trade parts operation through excellent service and teamwork.
What You’ll Need
A full, clean UK driving licence.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to plan and meet deadlines.
A strong work ethic and a flexible, positive attitude.
A willingness to support other areas of the Parts team as needed.
Hours of Work
Monday to Friday: 08:30– 17:30
