-The Role
We are looking for an SDR Appointment Setter & AI SDR Manager with a hunter mindset, excellent communication skills, and a strong strategic commercial vision, who will play an active and visible role within the sales team.
A key part of the role will be conducting introductory calls and initial lead qualification with prospects who have already shown interest, adopting a consultative sales and pre-consulting approach to deeply understand their business objectives and their marketing and sales needs. The goal of these interactions is to:
* Understand the real needs of the business and its context.
* Evaluate whether the prospect fits our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
* Prepare and schedule high-value meetings for the senior sales team (Account Executives).
In addition, the role combines sales, automation, and Artificial Intelligence, and involves managing AI-powered LinkedIn profiles, generating conversations, qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings in an international B2B environment.
This is a role with direct exposure to the business, constant interaction with decision-makers, and a very fast learning curve in consultative sales, commercial strategy, and GTM-related technology.

-Responsibilities
* Generate and maintain conversations with prospects via LinkedIn and email.
* Conduct introductory calls and initial lead qualification.
* Supervise and manage Company LinkedIn profiles.
* Ensure message consistency, brand tone, and proper functioning of automations.
* Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team.
* Conduct brief initial consulting sessions.
* Deliver short product or service demos via video call.
* Participate in proposal calls as support for the senior team.
-Profile We’re Looking ForEducation
Final-year students or recent graduates in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Advertising, Communication, or similar fields.
Languages
* High level of English
* Other languages are a plus (Italian, French)
Skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Relational, empathetic, and persuasive profile.
* Consultative marketing and business approach: Ability to develop a pre-consultative mindset in interactions, understanding the objectives and needs of different B2B businesses, especially regarding their marketing needs.
* Strong performance in sales calls, with a natural instinct to communicate clearly and confidently, truly listen, and ask the right questions. Rejection is not taken personally; the candidate is persistent, sounds human (not scripted), and has a hunter mindset: consistency, focus, and a desire to improve with every call.
* Ability to speak with decision-makers and build trust from the first call.
* Strong organization and rigor in lead follow-up.

🔹 Curricular Internship – Part Time
Schedule: 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
For final-year students who need to earn university credits.
🔹 Paid Internship – Full Time
Full-time schedule.
Paid internship with real responsibilities.
In both cases, there is a real possibility of joining the team full time after the internship period.
