Manufacturing Supervisor
* Salary: £35,500 per annum
* Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm (30-minute lunch)
* Holiday: 22 days + Bank Holidays
* Location: Newton Aycliffe
* Contract: Permanent
* Availability: Preference for immediate start
The Role
We are seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing and warehouse operations. You will supervise a small team, manage production schedules, maintain quality standards, and ensure safe and efficient operations across the factory and warehouse.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day production and despatch operations
* Plan and maintain production schedules to meet customer demand
* Supervise and support a team of 5 across manufacturing and warehouse functions
* Ensure products meet required quality standards
* Oversee picking, packing, and on-time despatch
* Maintain stock accuracy and coordinate with purchasing
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in manufacturing supervision
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Knowledge of warehouse operations, pick & pack, and stock control
* Good planning and organisational ability
