£16.22 - £24.33 PER HOUR
People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Class 2 Driver to join our well-established client based in Warrington to work rotating shifts.
This is a fantastic opportunity offering great rates of pay and room to grow and progress.
Rates of Pay
Minimum of twelve hours paid per shift and all breaks fully paid
* £16.22 PER HOUR (STANDARD 48 HOURS)
* £24.33 PER HOUR (OVERTIME AFTER 48 HOURS)

Day to Day Duties
* Working rotating shifts
* Driving Class 2 vehicles safely and efficiently
* Complete 6-7 product deliveries to various stores across the UK daily
* Ensure all loads are maintained at the correct temperatures throughout the journey
* Safely unload cages using a tail lift and deliver them into stores
* Take photos to document successful deliveries
* Address any customer concerns and promptly report them to your line manager
Essential Skills
* At least 12 months of experience as a Class 2 driver
* Must hold a valid UK Category C Driving Licence
* Must hold a valid CPC and Digital Tachograph
* No more than six points for minor offences (no DR10, DG10, IN10, or TT99)
* No major endorsements
* Strong customer service skills
Desirable Experience
* Familiarity with cage and temperature-controlled deliveries is a plus
Training
* First-day assessment followed by two weeks of training alongside a permanent staff member
