The role of the Sales Advisor is to maximize sales through high-level customer service, always striving to go the extra mile. Be a proud and passionate ambassador of Ted, understanding and promoting the company’s Mission and Vision.
Main Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Give a warm welcome to all customers at Ted Baker.
* Maintain and exceed company sales KPIs.
* Complete all tasks correctly and on time, following company policies and procedures.
* Reflect the values of the brand in personal presentation and demonstrate passion for the brand.
* Follow merchandising principles and replenishment guidelines to ensure the brand is represented at the highest level.
* Observe safety and security procedures. Report any misuse or theft of stock to management.
