Attribution Search is partnering with a newly launched Hedge Fund for a Software Engineer as part of its further build.
The fund is already a multi billion business with continued backing from a leading multi-manager platform. Now independently operated, the fund is scaling rapidly — both in capital and complexity — trading across new regions and a push into more exotic instruments.

The Role
You’ll join a lean, high‑impact engineering team tasked with reimagining the trading and middle Office technology stack — building smart, scalable systems to empower Portfolio Managers, Traders, and Operations teams.
Key Areas of Focus
* Next‑Gen Execution Management Systems (EMS)
* Trade lifecycle tools: booking, intraday PnL, ops workflows
* STP‑by‑exception reconciliation and integration with affirmation platforms
Broader Tech Strategy Involves
* RESTful API architecture to expose middle office services across the firm
* Migration of core systems to the cloud
* Deep integration with global data platforms: market, trade, static, PnL, and risk
* Strategic onboarding of third‑party and managed services

Experience required
* Stack: Open to strong engineers; experience in C#, Python, Java, or cloud‑native development a plus
* Investment Banking, Asset Management or Hedge Fund experience
* Business knowledge on Trading and trade flows front to back
