Overview
You will join our established Ward Teams, assisting the Nursing and Healthcare Professionals in providing excellent patient care. In return, we can offer you a friendly working environment with on‑going support from enthusiastic and dynamic staff who are committed to providing the highest standards of care. To support our teams and 24/7 service, it is important to have a flexible approach to your working patterns. Hours of work are predominantly full‑time, although part‑time hours may be considered in line with service needs. All hours are worked on a shift rota basis.

Responsibilities
* Assist Nursing and Healthcare Professionals in providing excellent patient care.
* Work on a shift rota basis, ensuring coverage for 24/7 service.
* Provide support to patients in various wards, including emergency, critical care, maternity and elective procedures.
* Maintain a flexible approach to working patterns to meet service needs.
Qualifications
* Experienced Healthcare Assistant or a strong passion for caring.
* Previous experience providing care or evidence of caring experience in a hospitality setting.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Willingness to learn and develop skills in an acute hospital setting; full training and buddy support will be provided if you are new to care.
