Day Rate: £350–£400 per day inside IR35 Contract: 6 months Location: Central London, 3 days per week Start Date: Ideally you'll be immediately available or available at short noticeA fast-growing, private equity-backed technology company is seeking an experienced Interim Group Accountant to support the finance team through a period of growth, systems improvement and increased reporting requirements.This is a hands-on role suited to a technically strong accountant who can quickly add value in a dynamic, change-driven environment.Key Responsibilities:Prepare consolidated management accounts and group reportingManage intercompany accounting, reconciliations and group journalsSupport month-end close across multiple entitiesAssist with statutory accounts and audit processesEnsure compliance with accounting standards and group policiesSupport improvements to financial controls and reporting processesWork closely with FP&A and local finance teams to ensure accurate data flowKey Requirements:Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)Previous experience in a Group Accountant or similar roleExperience in a PE-backed, high-growth or technology environment preferredStrong consolidation and intercompany accounting experienceComfortable working in a fast-moving business with changing prioritiesImmediately available or short notice preferredThis is an excellent opportunity to join a high-growth, investor-backed tech business at an exciting stage of development, where you will gain exposure to senior stakeholders and meaningful commercial projects.
