Job Description
We are seeking a Head of Product Marketing with a strong passion and extensive experience in marketing.
You will lead one of monday.com’s most strategic groups, collaborating with key stakeholders across sales, marketing, product, and growth. While the team is based at our Tel Aviv headquarters, this role is located in London and will lead remotely.
You will be a key driver of monday.com’s GTM strategy going up-market, managing multiple teams and top product marketing talent to achieve core objectives and make a significant impact in a major industry.

About The Role
* Lead and mentor a team of 16 product marketers, including 2 managers based in Tel Aviv.
* Ensure our deliverables are meaningful, useful, and generate business value.
* Develop strong relationships with regional marketing managers and client-facing leaders to leverage opportunities and address challenges.
* Collaborate with team leads to develop yearly plans aligned with company OKRs and dynamic needs.
* Contribute to our GTM, brand, and positioning strategies, ensuring alignment across relevant domains.
* Act as a bridge among stakeholders to meet company goals, initiate new projects, and support departments like Sales, Marketing, and Product.
* Participate in talent development, including hiring, promotions, and performance management.
* Support your manager by focusing on priorities, reflecting group plans, and raising issues when necessary.
* Oversee group activities and well-being initiatives such as offsites and workshops.
Your Experience & Skills
* 5+ years managing and mentoring marketing team leads.
* Deep experience in leading product marketing initiatives.
* Experience with both PLG and SLG models at scale.
* Experience in a fast-paced, global organization.
* Proven ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams worldwide.
* Strong executive presence and influencing skills.
* High accountability and ownership in achieving goals.
* Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
* Growth mindset focused on measurable impact.
