Role Overview:
As an English teacher, you will be responsible for delivering dynamic and engaging lessons that foster creativity, critical thinking, and a love of literature. You will work closely with students, guiding them through their learning journey and helping them develop essential communication skills for the future. This role involves teaching a range of abilities, from KS3 to KS4, with the potential to teach KS5.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging lessons in English Language and Literature.
Provide constructive feedback to students to support their progress.
Create an inclusive classroom environment where every student can thrive.
Assess and monitor student performance, adapting teaching strategies as necessary.
Collaborate with colleagues to improve teaching standards and student outcomes.
What We're Looking For:
A qualified teacher with a degree in English or a related field.

Strong classroom management skills and a creative approach to lesson delivery.
The ability to differentiate lessons to meet the needs of all learners.
Experience of teaching English at secondary level is preferable, though not essential for the right candidate.
