Job Title: Private Client Solicitor
Location: Mayfair, London
Salary: £60,000–£65,000 (3–4 PQE) + higher for more senior experience

Role Summary:
An opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Solicitor to join the Mayfair office as the sole Private Client lawyer on-site. This role offers genuine autonomy and collaboration across litigation and property teams. You will handle a broad mix of matters, including trusts and some contentious probate, with exposure to varied estate values and an international client base.
Key Responsibilities:
• Managing a full caseload of private client matters: Developing breadth and depth across wills, probate, and estate administration
• Handling trust matters: Building specialist expertise in high-value and complex trust work
• Advising on contentious probate matters (with litigation team support): Expanding your technical exposure in disputes
• Collaborating with property and litigation teams: Benefiting from internal referrals and cross-team expertise
Requirements:
• Qualified Solicitor/Chartered Legal Executive with 3+ PQE in Private Client work
• Experience handling a varied caseload including wills, probate and estate administration
• Exposure to trust matters (desirable)
• STEP qualification or working towards (desirable)
• Personable, client-focused approach with strong communication skills
