Assistant Front Office Manager (Reception Manager role optional)
Responsibilities
* Lead with purpose and vision, using commercial expertise to drive standards in the hotel.
* Innovate and respond effectively to a range of situations.
* Monitor guest satisfaction and set departmental targets and objectives.
* Lead and develop the Front Office team, building a high‑performing unit across the division.
* Work flexible shifts across 7 days a week, 365 days a year, with emphasis on evenings and weekends.
* Discuss shift patterns and contracted hours during the interview.
