The Role As the Portfolio Capacity and Demand Manager you will ensure that the Enterprise Change Portfolio is resourced to succeed. This is a strategic role responsible for leading proactive capacity planning across the business and Change team, enabling delivery teams to operate effectively and efficiently. This is a leadership role responsible for evaluating and sequencing portfolio resource requirements, identifying pinch points, and developing contingency plans to ensure delivery continuity.
