£57,000 - £63,000 per annum

Responsibilities
* Lead the Finance, Payroll and Procurement functions. As a key member of the leadership team, ensure the efficient management of all financial operations, delivering robust planning, budgeting, reporting and compliance.
* Drive the development of financial systems and provide clear, insightful analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
* CCAB-qualified Accountant (or equivalent) with extensive post-qualification experience, ideally in a similar-sized organisation.
* Expertise in financial planning, systems, procurement and audit; strong knowledge of statutory reporting, capital controls and DfE funding.
* Highly analytical and numerate; collaborative leader with excellent communication and influencing skills, committed to innovation and continuous improvement.
