Senior Quantity Surveyor – Leeds Salary: £60,000 – £80,000 (DOE)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established and growing business in the Leeds area, delivering high-quality office and residential fit-out projects.
Key Responsibilities
1. Full commercial management from pre-construction through to final accounts
2. Preparing and managing budgets, valuations, and variations
3. Working closely with project managers and site teams to ensure commercial control
4. Providing support and guidance to junior members of the commercial team
About You
5. Demonstrable experience operating at Senior Quantity Surveyor level
6. Proven background in office or residential fit-out projects
7. Strong commercial awareness with excellent attention to detail
8. Confident communicator with a proactive and professional approach
