The Social Work Admin Service delivers high quality administrative support to Adult Services teams within the Argyll and Bute HSCP. We currently have a full time Admin Support Worker vacancy in Mid Argyll Hospital, Lochgilphead, which is ideally suited to someone with good organisational, IT and admin skills.

This position will be office based in Mid Argyll Hospital, Lochgilphead.
The postholder will provide high quality admin support to the supportive and friendly team of staff in Mid Argyll Hospital.
The main responsibilities of this role include:
1. Processing orders using Pecos or Purchase cards
2. Calculating and processing home carer wages
3. Updating electronic service user records
4. Administering Client cash accounts
Candidates for this role require to have:
5. A good basic education
6. Excellent IT skills including Microsoft office applications
7. Experience of office administration
8. Understanding of confidentiality and data security
9. Some experience of minute taking would be advantageous, however training will be provided
