Our client is looking for a proactive and organised Residential Property Administrator to work alongside our Residential Property Department, providing administrative support to the Business Relationship Manager.This role is ideal for someone with a basic understanding of the residential sale and purchase process, strong customer service skills and the ability to manage workloads independently in a fast-paced environment.Main ResponsibilitiesAct as the first point of contact for prospective clients, handling inbound calls professionally and confidentlySpeak with clients to understand their needs and provide initial guidance on residential property legal servicesPrepare and provide accurate quotes for sales and purchasesFollow up with prospective clients to maximise conversion from lead to instructionCommunicate with clients via phone, email and web enquiriesComplete internal forms and maintain accurate tracking of dataProvide general administrative support to the Residential Property DepartmentEnsure a high level of attention to detail in all workWork in accordance with the Health and Safety at Work ActUndertake any other reasonable duties as requested by the FirmAbout YouBasic understanding of the residential sale and purchase processStrong interpersonal and communication skillsConfident speaking with clients over the phoneProactive, self-motivated and comfortable working independentlyAble to prioritise workload effectivelyCustomer-focused mindset with a sales and service approachExcellent organisational skills and attention to detailBenefits & RewardsPension Scheme26 days annual leave plus bank holidaysChristmas week closureHoliday purchase schemeBonus holiday schemeOnline training coursesCycle to Work schemeMonthly fun events with prizesApplyIf you are looking to build your career in Conveyancing with a leading national firm, we would love to hear from you.
