We are currently looking to grow our team of dedicated Mental Health Support Workers in Prescot! We are looking for new staff to join our Nights Team 🌷
Our home provides specialist support and care for clients who have a wide range of support needs from long term complex mental health issues and/or alcohol and substance misuse
Our ideal support worker will:
* Have more than 6 months experience working with long term mental health issues and or substance misuse
* Experience working with complex needs/dual diagnosis
* Be reliable, friendly and caring to help our residents achieve their everyday goals
* Have the ability to support in house activities and hobbies
* Be attentive and inspire our service users to achieve more!
* Example resilience to help manage some behaviours that challenge
Hours ⏰
Shift Patterns: 8pm - 8am
Contract Types: Full time, Part time and Bank contracts available
