* Contract and commercial disputes
* Property and landlord/tenant matters
* Debt recovery and enforcement
* Employment and professional negligence claims
* Boundary and neighbour disputes
* Contentious probate and other general civil litigation work
Qualifications for this Litigation Solicitor vacancy:
* Managing your own varied caseload from instruction to conclusion
* Drafting pleadings, witness statements, and correspondence
* Representing clients in negotiations and at hearings
* Business development experience
