Your new role
* Build and maintain strong relationships with local partners, businesses and stakeholders
* Deliver onboarding sessions, training and ongoing support to clients
* Represent the company at events, meetings and promotional activities
* Gather feedback and insights to help improve services and customer satisfaction
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
What you'll need to succeed
* Experience in a customer-facing, retail or sales position
* Proactive attitude
* Ability to build rapport and develop professional relationships
* IT skills and proficiency using CRM software
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
