Internal Sales & CRM Admin (Part time 19.5hrs per week, office based Nottingham)
Overview:
We are seeking an organised, data-driven Internal Sales & CRM Administrator to keep our sales engine running smoothly. This role sits at the intersection of sales enablement, pipeline management and CRM ownership ensuring our Sales team has clean data, actionable insights and friction-free processes to hit targets.
Responsibilities:
CRM Administration & Governance: Own day-to-day CRM administration, maintain data quality, design and optimise sales processes.
Internal Sales Support: Process and track quotes, orders, contracts, ensure pipeline hygiene, support campaign follow-up, conduct sales ops tasks and prepare meeting packs.
Reporting & Insights: Generate reports on pipeline coverage.
Process & Compliance: Uphold GDPR and privacy policies.
Continuous Improvement: Map and streamline workflows and evaluate enhancements.
