Rate: GBP22hr CIS
Temp 4 5 weeks
Our client, a leading social housing contractor, is seeking an experienced Plumber to fit wet room trays and bathroom suites in Accrington and surrounding areas of Lancashire.
This is a social housing project with the possibility of follow-on work
Plumber Key Responsibilities:
* Installation of wet room trays and full bathroom suites in occupied social housing properties
* Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with health and safety regulations
* Providing excellent customer service to tenants
* Working independently or as part of a team to meet project deadlines
* Other aspects of plumbing
Plumber Requirements:
* NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Plumbing or Bathroom Fitting
* Valid CSCS Card
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Previous experience within the Social Housing sector
* Competence and experience in fitting wet room suites
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently and professionally
