Job Title: Public Health Analyst Contract Length: 3-month initial interim contract Location: East Midlands based local authority Working arrangements: Hybrid Pay rate: £400 per day, IR35 Status: Inside of IR35 I am currently supporting a local authority in the East Midlands in their search for an experienced P ublic Health Analyst with a proven track record in intelligence to join the team and to support the Public Health Intelligence Team in identifying and delivering public health information needs, working in conjunction with colleagues on major Public Health projects such as Joint Strategic Needs Assesments. Your duties as a Public Health Analyst: Provide public health intelligence expertise for the directorate With your contribution you will help inform priorities for action and contribute a wider understanding into these areas of public health for the authority. Experience needed as a Public Health Analyst: Have demonstrable past experience and understanding of Local Authority, Public Health and Integrated Care Systems. Experience analyst with an ability to provide insight into data to inform decision making and help develop evidence-based approaches. Be a strong communicator with in-depth working knowledge of public health intelligence within a local authority public health setting, as well as understanding of other public sector organisations cultures, structures and policies.
