Your new company
You will be working for a leading and forward-thinking insurance company that is located within the UK who are looking for an Actuarial Business Analyst to join their Group Finance department on a 6 month contract basis, to help with the delivery of a new finance strategy for the company.
Your new role
The Actuarial Business analyst role will focus on the company's Actuarial Transformation Programme that will help transform the toolsets for their internal actuarial functions. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand the business needs for project requirements. The role will include process mapping, which will include documenting, maintaining and creating workflow processes. Also, working closely with data architects and analysts, plus the business team to have an understanding of the data requirements for different business processes and reporting.
What you'll need to succeed
Experience working in finance is essential and actuarial disciplines is desirable.
Experience working across the full project lifecycle.
Experience of providing support for transformation projects within the insurance industry, and an understanding of actuarial or financial processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent relationship building and communication skills.
