We are a Local Waste Management company based in Romsey, Hampshire. Our products include skips, wheelie bins, roll on roll off containers, recycled aggregate, tonne bags and portable toilets. Services we offer include tipper grabs, tipper bodies, bulk haulage and land restoration. We are currently recruiting for a Sales administrator to work in our Control Office.
Job Outline
We are seeking an enthusiastic, friendly administrator with sound customer service skills and high attention to detail. The successful candidate will be expected to respond to new and existing customer enquiries over the telephone and via email, whilst up selling all aspects of the company to customers at all times. Ensuring an exceptional level of accuracy at all times is essential.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Answering incoming calls from new and existing customers.
* Booking customer orders onto the skip operations system.
* Applying to local authorities regarding road permits.
* Liaising with all departments.
* Proactive in ensuring that all customers are retained.
* Upsell all products available for sale.
* Ensure all invoicing is completed each working day.
* Covering the Weighbridge office as required.
* Other office duties as required.

* Own transport to and from work is essential as we are not on a public transport route
* Experience is desirable but not essential as all training is provided.
